Acceptance Procedure
If an application for admission is successful, the applicant will receive a Letter of Offer stating the course for which they have been accepted, tuition and other fees to be paid, commencement dates and overseas student health cover information, along with their SPI Student Acceptance Agreement (for International Students).
After the applicant has paid their fees and SPI has received the applicant’s signed SPI Student Acceptance Agreement, an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be sent to the student. The eCOE is used to obtain a student visa from the Australian Diplomatic Mission in the student’s country of residence, or from the Department of Immigration & Citizenship in Australia(DIAC).
Applicants should be aware that the information provided by a student can, in some circumstances, be accessed by Australian Government Departments. Any applicant that is concerned about this should:
- Review the privacy statement at the end of this document and, if still concerned
Contact the Institute to discuss the nature of their concern
